The question is, why should Anime Expo have all the fun when it comes to Pirated Podcasts. To combat this, Captain Ed Sizemore gathered his band of pirates together and took Justin Sevakis of Anime News Network Hostage to for him his own version of the Pirated Podcast. While holding Justin for ransom, we all sit around and give our impressions on Otakon 2012, from panels witnessed, to Baltimore holding up as the host of Otakon, and Otaku culture surrounding the event.

A note on the audio from Captain Ed Sizemore:

A couple words about the audio. Admittedly it’s flawed. This was my first time using hand held mics so lessons have been learned. We were sitting in a boardroom with squeaky chairs. There is also some street noise. But it’s suppose to be a pirate podcast and it certainly has that unpolished feel to it. And yes, I did forget to introduce myself. Sorry.
