When I first saw the Aisaka Taiga (Toradora!) Miss-Con Version, I immediately knew this was a must have figure. Unfortunately I couldn’t find it in stock anywhere, and just figured I was out of luck and going to give up on her. Thankfully I was browsing Kid Nemo Company and there she was. Taiga was in stock and while the price was high, I had some money in PayPal still from a recent sale. So I took that money and made my purchase, and came out spending only $70 out of pocket with shipping.
When she arrived and I first removed her from the packaging, I was able to see just how beautiful this figure is in person. They captured her moment of happiness in her dress to perfection. As many know, Miss Tsundere isn’t one to always show her true feelings, but to have a figure like this that reflects one of those rare moments is great. The dress looks amazing, and the paint job is outstanding. I love the overall pose, and how you see her showing off due to her happiness. The tiara she is wearing absolutely shines as well.
She isn’t just limited to her wide open smile expression, as they included two other face pieces that reflect her in a bashful and embarrassed mood. Sadly those face pieces do not lock onto the neck too well, so I gave up trying to put them on in fear I might damage her. That would be my only knock on this figure, but I never planned on having her posed with them anyway.
Taiga has easily secured a spot in my top five figures with this one, and I even set her up on my mantle where only my favorite figures reside. This is a must own figure for not just Toradora! and Taiga fans, but for anyone who is a collector of figures. I have provided photos of many different angles.

Prom Date?
Don’t get on her bad side! She’ll getcha! I really don’t think you should compliment her to her face though!
Anyways… That figure looks quite good, except the face. For some reason, I have a problem with it. Could you upload a picture showing the entire figure from the front? Maybe the reason is because I can’t compare the size of the head to her.
@Ozarot: all the pics are full sized. You have to click on the thumbnails to see them.
Looks cool and it’s pretty detailed. How big is it? I don’t remeber you saying what the size of it was.
The last thumbnail doesn’t do that… But yea, something seems off about that figurine. She seems… Too tall? It’s bugging me a bit.
I almost bought this figure at Anime Boston. I still, to this day, regret that I didn’t.
If I ever see it again, it’s MINE.
@BusterCube: Surprisingly she’s isn’t that tall. Only a 1/8 scale if I remember correctly.
@Ozarot: The first thumbnail does show her completely.
@Janai: Yeah, this is one I didn’t think twice about when I saw her available. XD
I must say, that’s a really nice looking figure.
This reminds me that I still need to finish Toradora. I never picked it back up after my hard drive got wiped last year >_> Maybe I’ll download it tonight and finish it up this weekend.

@Rave Child: THIEF!! The first part is already out from NISA, and the second part releases this month. BUY IT! SUPPORT IT!
I do love Toradora! I need to get a Taiga figure at some point. I might prefer a more forceful one though (since that is so central to her character).
I’m planning on buying it as soon as it’s in a collection that fits in my shelf! Until then, maybe I’ll hold off on downloading it… I do buy pretty much everything that I download, though, since I barely download things to begin with :-p
Nice get!
I was on the fence about this one, in the end I liked the Taiga-Final Scene better. Saving up some money to pick that one up.
Wow, thats really nice! I’m focusing more on nendos right now.
@G-Nitro – I know… The last thumbnail doesn’t, which is the only one that shows her face. I didn’t try the other ones until after you told me about it.
Oh… and the very first one, the one before the text, is the exact same one as the last one… Doesn’t show the entire thing.
What’s the company? Highly doubt it’s Good Smile.
All I can say is wow the figures you buy are of superior detail. I am thinking of checking out some dealers and starting a collection of my own. G-Nitro my wife is so going to hate you. LOL
The Company is DreamTech
How big is your house? Where do you put all these things? How heavy is it? Does it have a good weight to it? Okay enough questions for now.
@mhatter: house is just a townhome, not too big. None of the figures are heavy at all. I have them all on shelves mostly.
This is by far one of my favorites! Shes like a Victoria’s secret model with those wings on.
If I knew more about the character, this would probably be more interesting to me. I mean, it’s kind of cute, but I guess since she’s a tsundere that facial expression is more special than it would leave me to believe.
What are these figures made out of? I’m curious about there durability. The detail in them is extraordinary.
I haven’t seen the series this is from but the outfit she is wearing is very pretty. There is something about the face that bothers me a little too. Maybe it’s the hair or something lol. Otherwise, it’s a great looking figure!
