    Amagami SS (Episode 19):

Junichi is enjoying tea outside with the Tea Club. After braving the chilly weather, they go inside to a kotatsu. They converse about various topics dealing with the club. Afterward Rihoko and Junichi started walking home, but Rihoko falls on him. While walking home, they stop by a cafe. Rihoko is trying to be good on her diet, but won’t stop staring at the cake. Rihoko tells Junichi she wants to go to a New Year shrine with him, and he agrees. Junichi tries playing a joke on her, but Rihoko bites his finger. Junichi is on the phone with Masayoshi, and he wants to hang out New Years Eve, but Junichi declines due to being with Rihoko then. Junichi is in the bath when the doorbell rings, and finds out Rihoko decided to come over early. Junichi made tea for everyone, and Rihoko brought over stuff she baked. Rihoko and Miya start mimicking some idols, and then Rihoko really gets into it. After Junichi gets ready to leave, Rihoko has fallen asleep next to Miya. Rihoko wakes up the next day realizing she fell asleep. They end up going to the shrine, and Rihoko wishes for her feelings to reach Junichi.

Rihoko was so adorable when she bit Junichi’s finger. I loved the expression she had. Every episode really helps to show what a great character Rihoko is. I am sad to know her arc ends next episode.

    Motto To Love-Ru (Episode 6):

    Part 1 – Beach Girls

Everyone is at Saki’s private beach. Mikado asks if Rito could put some lotion on her. When he tries to resist, Oshizu takes control of his body. Yui stops her, which causes her to lose control of Rito. As Saki is about to split a watermelon, Rito lands on her and it gets crushed. Momo brings a watermelon, but it is from space. They worry about its taste, and the watermelon gets insulted and sprays Saki. As it attacks other, Ren steps up to stop it and fails. Mikan is attacked and Lala tries to stop it, but it grabs her tail. Rito arrives to free Lala, when Yami arrives and splits it.

Part 2 – Late Night Tutor

Rito is worried about his test score, and that Haruna will look down on him. Yami shows up and tells Rito to study with someone. Rito learns Lala got a perfect score. Lala offers to help him. Rito praises her, and Lala is happy. Peke runs out of power, and Lala is now naked. Rito falls on top of Lala and into the bed. Mikan walks in and he tries to explain, but she just leaves. During the make-up test, Rito forgets everything.

Part 3 – Master of Love

Lala grabs onto Rito, and he runs off. Mio gives her a how to guide on love. Lala reads the book, and asks Rito to go somewhere after school. Lala tries to act shy, but Rito ignores her attempt. She ends up angering him, and eventually acts Tsundere. He thinks she is mad, and he wonders why. She changes into a sexy outfit, and gets on top of him. She goes in for a kiss, but stops for not knowing what to do next. While walking back, she begins crying. Peke informs Rito of the book, so Rito says walking around with her was fun to cheer her up.

This episode was full of typical fan-service, but the beach one definitely upped the ante. Even though part 1 made for good laughs, I liked the sweet moments between Rito and Lala the best from the second and third parts.

The World God Only Knows (Episode 6):

Elci freaks out that Kanon disappears, but Keima tells her to wait. Kanon reappears but transparent. Kanon is mumbling about nothing changing, and Keima suddenly realizes his path. Keima tells her he was listening, and she calls him a liar. He tells her it was beautiful and she tells him to be back the next day. Keima explains his strategy was to find out what was troubling her. Kanon is on TV for an interview, while Elci gives him info on Kanon. While performing, she sees someone texting, and she is thrown off. Elci goes to ask Kanon what’s wrong. She arrives, but is kicked out. Keima and Elci get a lecture from his mom after Elci came home late. Kanon doesn’t show up as scheduled, due to a drama shoot. We see a flashback to Kanon being unpopular and ignored. She e-mails Keima, and he arrives at her shoot. He says he listened to her song, and she is happy. She wants to keep being able to talk to him. She begins messaging him to come see her every time she gets depressed, and he is being drained. She has free time finally, and goes to see Keima. She realizes she is late for something, and runs off. Keima looks around and Kanon is promoted everywhere. He shows up to a concert of hers, and her song is playing on his PFP. He praises her, and she is happy. After leaving to go get ready, Kanon’s manager starts yelling for everyone to find Kanon, as she has disappeared. Keima proclaims he now sees the ending.

Things are really interesting in this episode. Kanon’s moods and emotions are all over the place. The ending of this episode surprised me, and I can’t wait to find out what happened to Kanon and how Keima is going to resolve this.

    Otome Yokai Zakuro (Episode 6):

Kei turns in the report on the Black Widow to Lt. Hanadate. He hands Kei something to give to Zakuro. Zakuro is left pondering over the fact the Black Widow talked about her mother. Kei arrives and gives her the gift from Lt. Hanadate, and Zakuro acts happy for a second. They are cookies, so they share them with everyone. Bonbori and Hoozuki are still trying to cheer up Ganryu, and he apologizes for his attitude. They tell Ganryu their story about themselves. They were living in a cave, and taken care of by a woman who would bring them food and clothes. The woman stopped coming, and her husband showed up to kill them, claiming they were the reason she was killed. Before being struck down, a large white fox saved them, who turns out was Kushimatsu. Ganryu is troubled at how they can still smile, and they explain they don’t want to stay hidden or lose someone they love. Zakuro goes to talk to Kushimatsu, while Hotaru and Kei are talking. Hotaru tells him how they first met Zakuro. Zakuro is asking Kushimatsu to explain who her mother was, but she declines. Zakuro gets upset and leaves the room. Kei shows up and needs to get a kite out from the tree by her window. Zakuro ends up climbing the tree, and is suddenly entranced. She falls and Kei catches her. Her pendant chain has broken from the fall, and Kei helps her to fix it. He tries to talk to her about what the Black Widow says, and Zakuro tries to put on a brave face.

Another episode filling in a lot of back story. Seeing Bonbori and Hoozuki as kids was great, as the two of them were just way too cute. I was disappointed that Kushimatsu would not speak about Zakuro’s mother, as I really want to know the truth about her and Zakuro.
